For most of the day, Moon is VOC in Capricorn.

The VOC hours are good for decluttering and inner work, especially forgiveness, to get into sync with tonight’s lunar activation of the minor grand triangle. This is an historic configuration which is now perfecting. It adds cosmic power to our thoughts, words and communications. Mars newly in Libra, ruler of the also historic Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries, also comes on board. And, tonight’s Moon in Aquarius trines the brave planet, which opposes Saturn-Neptune, to turn the triangle into a kite and precipitate action.

We can try and use part or most of the VOC to get into top vibrational form through our preferred inner work before 6:18 pm (9:18 ET), when Moon enters Aquarius and proceeds to trigger the configuration described above, finishing her rounds at 10:23 pm (1:23 am ET) with a conjunction to intense Pluto!

During these evening hours, we can take assertive action to connect with like-minded friends, break out of a rut or an obsolete pattern, fight for a cause, close a cycle, or sow something to further social justice, creativity, independence, or our authentic individuality.

During this Full Moon portal, we can consolidate something related to our independent path.

Moon in Aquarius, sign of freedom, wants to do something different, while today’s numerology of 8 supports tangible fruits of our previous efforts.

Mars, planet of action, perfects two major aspects, a trine to innovative Uranus, and an opposition to conservative Saturn. The latter two are in sextile and in close aspect to dreamy Neptune and unavoidable Pluto. We are triggered to act in directions that are outside the box.

Love planet Venus rules Mars and has entered the orb of a conjunction to Jupiter, the greater benefic. The combination expands love vibrations, facilitates positive connections, brings financial protection, and increases humanity’s compassion quotient. This conjunction, taking place in fertile Cancer, has a feminine vibration that tends to promote unity and compassion, particularly favoring women, nutrition, families, homes, and businesses related to these areas. This aspect softens the touch of this afternoon’s trine from Moon to Mars and gentles the pushy planet’s transits to outer planets.

Today is great for altruistic activities and inner work, including release, transmutation, donation, and gratitude.

Moon is VOC and full in Aquarius at 12:55 am (3:55 ET)—a long VOC day until Luna enters Pisces at 11:50 pm.

Although VOC Moon doesn’t favor key actions, this doesn’t mean nothing’s going on. Brave Mars, planet of initiative, happens to be triggering the Minor Grand Trine, perfecting an opposition to the Neptune-Saturn conjunction and a trine to Uranus, and almost perfecting a trine to Pluto. The red planet forms a grand trine with Uranus and Pluto, who are the planets of unavoidable change, making of this portal a watershed for decisive action.

However, VOC Moon means that action can be more productive on another day, i.e., yesterday, tomorrow, and the day after, when transits also happen to be more fortunate.

• At 8:52 pm (11:52 ET), Saturn in sextile to Uranus brings opportunities to find new solutions and build new paths.
