I am not taking into account any special  travel restrictions which may be put on international travel.

NOVEMBER 1. Poor.

NOVEMBER 2.  Fine, after 10:46 a.m. EST.

NOVEMBER 3.  Excellent.

NOVEMBER 4.  Fine, after 11:05 a.m. EST.

NOVEMBER 5.  Fine.

NOVEMBER 6.  OK after 11:46 a.m. EST.

NOVEMBER 7.  Excellent.

NOVEMBER 8-10.  OK.

NOVEMBER 11-12.  Apt to be problems.

NOVEMBER 13.  Excellent after 8:18 a.m.

NOVEMBER 14-16.  Fine.

NOVEMBER 17.  Stationary Mercury could be problematical.

NOVEMBER 18.  Fine after 9:48 a.m. EST.

NOVEMBER 19.  Could be OK.

NOVEMBER 20.  Probably fine, although Uranus direct could make for some strange happenings.

NOVEMBER 21-24.  Fine.

NOVEMBER 25.  A Pluto square makes this a bit problematical.

NOVEMBER 26-28.  Not good. Various negative influences.

NOVEMBER 29-30.  Fine.

December is generally OK for traveling. Negative days are December 15 and 21.

DECEMBER 1-4.  All OK, but not great.

DECEMBER 5. Probably OK, but a stationary Saturn is problematical.

DECEMBER 6-9.  Fine.

DECEMBER 10.  Excellent, except perhaps around the North Atlantic area.

DECEMBER 11-14.  Excellent.

DECEMBER 15.  Problematical.

DECEMBER 16-17.  Fine.

DECEMBER 18-19.  Excellent.

DECEMBER 20-22.  OK, except that Moon is VOC during much of these days. Avoid starting then. VOC periods are:

Dec. 20, 9:00-11:40 a.m. EST.
Dec. 21, after 11:00 a.m., and night not good at all.
Dec. 22, before 4:50 p.m. EST.

DECEMBER 23-24.  Fine.

DECEMBER 25.  Problematical. Accident-prone.

DECEMBER 26-31.  Fine.
