February 2014 Daykeeper Travel Advisory

by Susan Pomeroy

Mercury is retrograde from February 6 until the end of the month! Of course the usual cautions apply: allow plenty of (extra) time, have patience, and expect unexpected (and often inexplicable) glitches in schedules, communications, vehiclesa and other mechanical items, and arrivals and departures. We may also find that our urge to travel, or joy in travel, is somewhat dampened this month. The good news is that there may be great inner rewards in taking a more reflective, "opportunity for growth" approach to our journeys.

Saturday-Sunday, February 1-2. Good.

Monday-Tuesday, February 3-4. Poor.

Wednesday, February 5. Good.

Thursday, February 6. Poor. Mercury makes its retrograde turn today.

Friday, February 7. So-so. Information and communication may not flow well.

Saturday-Sunday, February 8-9. Good.

Monday-Tuesday, February 10-11. So-so.

Wednesday, February 12. Poor. Moodiness and impulsivity may predominate during this long void-of-course-moon day.

Thursday, February 13. Good, harmonious.

Friday, February 14. Full moon, romantic but not so good for travel, especially later in the day. Spend the evening at home with your honey!

Saturday-Monday, February 15-17. Good.

Tuesday, February 18. So-so. Sun enters Pisces with a bunch of sticky planetary aspects.

Wednesday-Thursday, February 19-20. Good.

Friday, February 21. Poor, especially on the roads. Watch for aggressive, impatient energy that disregards limits, whether speed limits, lane lines, courteous behavior, or something totally unexpected.

Saturday, February 22. So-so.

Sunday-Monday, February 23-24. Good.

Tuesday, February 25. So-so. Jupiter square Uranus = potentially turbulent travel energies.

Wednesday-Thursday, February 26-27. OK.

Friday, February 28. If you must trave, it's probably OK, despite New Moon, Mercury direct, and Mars ready to retrograde tomorrow. But this is the "Great Standstill," so there is great potential for major delay.
