February is not a bad travel month overall, although with Mars retrograde throughout, we are liable to feel not quite as gung-ho as usual. On the down side, impulses could be ill-judged. And anti-American feeling may be extra-strong; Americans would do well to exercise particular care and respect when traveling outside the U.S. All times are PST (GMT -8).
