July has some extraordinary VOC moon periods, especially early in the month. Fortunately for us, most of them will not particularly affect travel... although if you have a choice, don't begin a trip during a VOC moon (check the VOC chart to be sure). All times mentioned are PDT (GMT –7).

Friday, July 1. New Moon Solar Eclipse. Somewhat volatile energies, but probably OK for travel.

Saturday, July 2. OK.

Sunday-Tuesday, July 3-5. Not great, not terrible. There's a general dampening-down, constraining influence that will probably make energies move more slowly. But thanks to long VOC moons, this isn't as annoying as it might be, because the pressure is off.

Wednesday, July 6. Good.

Thursday, July 7. So-so.

Friday, July 8. OK.

Saturday, July 9. Poor.

Sunday-Tuesday, July 10-12. Good.

Wednesday-Thursday, July 13-14. Poor. Full moon plus Cardinal Cross.

Friday-Saturday, July 15-16. Good.

Sunday, July 17. Poor.

Monday, July 18. Good.

Tuesday, July 19. Poor.

Wednesday-Tuesday, July 20-26. Good.

Wednesday, July 27. Generally good, but watch for flaring tempers, especially in the a.m.

Thursday, July 28. Difficult in the wee hours, improving with the day. Expect some confusion, misunderstandings, miscommunication, or mistaken information.

Friday, July 29. Good.

Saturday, July 30. So-so. New moon plus Jupiter square.

Friday, July 31. Good.
