This is an intense sky month, and travel energies are mixed. Mercury retrograde on the 26th (Pacific) raises the usual concerns about scheduling and communications glitches—annoying but not usually consequential—although travel on the day of the station should be avoided. Tuesday, December 1. Poor. Busy sky, Uranus direct, full moon this evening.... heightened emotions and sudden bursts of speed amid clouds of confusion can make for accidents. Wednesday December 2. Good. Thursday, December 3. Poor. Irritability rules. Friday-Saturday, December 4-5. Good. Sunday-Thursday, December 6-10. Very mixed signals this week, easing significantly on Thursday. But in general, energies feel pressured and intense, yet motion and communications are intermittently constrained. It's a stressful combo. Friday, December 11. More suited to inner travel than to actual movement; try to begin journeys before the 9:45 am PST VOC moon. Friday, December 12. Good. Sunday-Monday, December 13-14. Difficult. Tuesday, December 15. Good. Wednesday, December 16. Not the best for most journeys, though good for beginning a pilgrimmage or an oddyssey. New moon, VOC much of the day. Thursday-Saturday, December 17-19. Good. Sunday-Monday, December 20-21. Poor. Mars retrograde plus Solstice. Tuesday-Wednesday, December 22-23. Good. Thursday-Friday, December 24-25. So-so. Saturday-Monday, December 26-28. Generally favorable energies are overshadowed by Mercury turning retrograde, and then we feel like we hit a wall on Monday. Tuesday, December 29. Very good. Thursday, December 30. OK, although morning air travelers will encounter surprising setbacks. Friday, December 31. Poor. Blue moon lunar eclipse.
