Maya's September-October 2006 Travel Advisory

by Maya del Mar

SEPTEMBER 1. Excellent.

SEPTEMBER 2. Fine, but best not to start while Moon is VOC, from 3:49 a.m.-10:34 a.m. EDT.

SEPTEMBER 3. Excellent.

SEPTEMBER 4-10. This is not a good travel week. On the other hand, September 11-18 is excellent:

SEPTEMBER 4. Poor. Pluto turns direct, and explosive power is loosed.

SEPTEMBER 5. Sun opposes Uranus, inviting big surprising incidents.

SEPTEMBER 6. Fine, except that Moon is VOC from 5:29 a.m.-2:56 p.m.

SEPTEMBER 7. Again, we are open to unpredictable, disruptive events. Full Moon occults Uranus.

SEPTEMBER 8. OK except, again, VOC Moon from 5:01 a.m.-2:23 p.m.

SEPTEMBER 9. Problematical. Mercury, the travel planet, squares Pluto, the crisis planet.

SEPTEMBER 10. Fine, except VOC Moon from 4:52 a.m.-2:30 p.m. EDT.

SEPTEMBER 11-18. Excellent. Just be careful on the night of September 16, when Sun squares Pluto. Don’t drink and drive this night.

SEPTEMBER 19.
Not a good travel day. Moon is VOC all day.

SEPTEMBER 20. Fine.

SEPTEMBER 21. Morning is fine, but tonight we get into tomorrow’s Solar Eclipse aura, plus tonight Moon squares Pluto.

SEPTEMBER 22. Iffy. Solar Eclipse is very powerful energy.

SEPTEMBER 23. Excellent.

SEPTEMBER 24. Interesting. Moon goes VOC after 10:11 a.m. for the rest of the day. Jupiter squares Neptune today, and travel could be either like flying on a magic carpet, or crashingly disappointing.

SEPTEMBER 25 and 26. OK.

SEPTEMBER 27-30. These are fine travel days, except avoid starting until 9:16 a.m. EDT on September 27. Moon moves into Sagittarius then, the best moon sign for travel.

OCTOBER 2006

In general, October is a good travel month, although after Scorpio New Moon on October 22, it gets a little iffy.

OCTOBER 1-13. Fine. There are a few VOC periods, but they are all in late afternoon.

OCTOBER 14. Moon is VOC until 2:38 p.m. EDT. Fine after that.

OCTOBER 15-18. Fine.

OCTOBER 19. Not good until Moon enters Libra at 3:19 p.m. EDT.

OCTOBER 20-22. OK.

OCTOBER 23-26. Doubtful.

OCTOBER 27. Fine.

OCTOBER 28. Better not. Mercury turns retrograde today, and is in unstable conditions.

OCTOBER 29. OK.

OCTOBER 30. Fine.

October 31. Fine, but start after 9:11 a.m. EDT.
