September is not the greatest month for traveling. For one thing, Mercury is retrograde for much of the month, and Mars is retrograde for most of the month. Those are the two main planets relating to everyday travel conditions. Retrograde slows things down, often through obstacles of one kind or another. (Although, being prepared for that, I do travel when Mercury is retrograde. The impact of new places and new experiences can be stronger then.)

The second condition is that Pluto makes several squares to personal planets during the month. Basically this indicates personal transformation. But Pluto is a life-and-death energy, and I'd rather use more benign conditions than being in moving vehicles for that transformation.

September 1. Fine.

September 2. Morning is fine, but by afternoon energy becomes reckless and impulsive. Be cautious and careful, and stay alert.

September 3. This is Pluto's day. There will be many accidents. They are not apt to include you, but stay home if you can.

September 4. Moon is VOC in Sagittarius. Unpredictable.

September 5. Saturn slows things down, but in general this is an OK travel day. Night is best. Try for a red-eye.

September 6. Slow and unpredictable. Moon is VOC in Capricorn.

September 7. Travel should be very quick today. Air travel is best. DrIving may be reckless.

September 8. Moon is VOC in Aquarius for the entire day. Unpredictable.

September 9, 10, and 11. Travel not recommended. Much aggressive energy on the loose, i.e., Mars eclipse on Tuesday, Plutonic Full Moon on Wednesday, and Pluto squaring Mercury on Thursday.

September 12. OK.

September 13. VOC moon in Aries all day. Unpredictable.

September 14 and 15. Fine.

September 16. Impulsive and unpredictable between 11:00a.m.-1:30 p.m. Otherwise fine.

September 17. Problematical. Chiron stations and turns direct today.

September 18, 19, and 20. Excellent.

September 21. Excellent after 10:00 a.m.

September 22, 23, 24. Excellent, especially now that Chiron and Mercury are traveling direct.

September 25. I tend to avoid travel on New Moon, because we are fragile and vulnerable then. Also, today we have a difficult T-cross in the sky.

September 26. Good.

September 27 and 28. We have that excess aggression factor again, with Mars turning direct on Saturday, and Mercury squaring Pluto on Sunday.

September 29 and 30. OK.
